Pastor Darryl L. Foster, a native of Cameron, Texas is a father, pastor, author, speaker and radio host. Founder and Senior Servant at Praise Power Ministries, located in metropolitan Atlanta, GA. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior in April 1990 and was consequently baptized in the Holy Spirit. He was licensed to preach in 1992 by Bishop CD Owens in the Church of God in Christ while serving as associate minister at Cathedral of Prayer COGIC under Dr. Charles Rodgers.
After graduating from Marlin (TX) High School in 1980, he attended McClennan Community College before entering military service. He served honorably for 10 years with the US Army and
saw combat action in the Southwest Asia Campaign (Desert Storm). He also furthered his education at the University of Maryland (European Campus) and Liberty University EDP. Pastor Foster is currently pursuing a B.Th. at Atlanta Bible College. He is the CEO of Priority Media, a web design and management company and hosts a popular online radio show called WordPower Radio Live. Pastor Foster married the beautiful Dee Graham, a native of Goldsboro, NC in October 1992 in Columbus, GA. Together, with the help of God they are parents to Philip Aaron, Charles, Trinity, and Darrell Lawrence.
MINISTRY
In 1996, Pastor along with Dee founded WITNESS!, the outreach ministry that has now become known worldwide for it's passion to minister to men and women trapped in unwanted homosexuality. Together, the Fosters have invested years of intensive labor in teaching, mentoring and evangelism. Because of his clear vision and strong commitment to ministry, Pastor Foster has been sought after and recognized across the country as an credible source of information and inspiration for Christian leaders who aspire to make a difference in the lives of same sex attracted people ( see past appearanes and engagements below).
Pastor Foster is author of the groundbreaking book, Touching A Dead Man: One Man's Explosive Story of Deliverance from Homosexuality (Morris Publishing 2002) and the LifeLines Discipleship Manual (2003).
